Bundaberg, Qld               -     Follow the progress of how we build your Seafood Display Cabinet.
We manufacture with 31 years of experience.
''On a recent sales trip to Cairns, Port Douglas and Atherton Tablelands I visited many
Shops that had our Display Cabinets, some were 25 years plus in age
and still going strong and looking good.''  -  Neil Dobe, Director

S/S Base frame has been welded,
S/S Body and S/S Legs are being attached

S/S Sub Frame is fitted for extra strength, only S/S,
no wood frame like others use (wood will rot in time)

S/S inside bottom is fitted ready for coldplate, notice
how we use all S/S construction, no wood frame

Coldplate drains are fully welded in

S/S Bag undershelf is fitted, S/S Top is ready to fit

Tubes are S/S strap welded to coldplate, they will never let go, others use pinning which will let go in time

S/S Coldplate has refrigeration tubes thermopasted for better heat transfer.

TX Valves are fitted to coldplate with larger Header Tubes for better flow of refrigerant to and from coldplate, others just T join and hope it works.

Fully Welded Base Frame is how we start building a cabinet, we have been doing it this way for the last
20 years, S/S Base and Sub Frame for Strength

S/S Coldplate is fitted into cabinet body

Two Pack Pour Foam is mixed individually and carefully because it expands shortly after being mixed

The Tradesman quickly and carefully pours it into the
coldplate cavity before it expands

Bracing must be secure so cabinet walls stay firm as
the foam has tremendous strength

Pour is finished, Cabinet is tipped up and bracing is removed

TX Valves are fitted to Cross Finned Topcoils
these control the flow of refrigerant (R404A) to each
coil so an even temperature can be obtained in the
Display Cabinet.

Vented Drain Trays for Topcoils, these catch droplets
from the Topcoils, but still lets cold air fall to the product below (solid drain trays will restrict air flow)

Vented Drain Trays for Topcoils are installed

Double Glazed Panels are installed to front of cabinet
