TRADING  TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

ORDERING OF EQUIPMENT - AT ORDER OF ANY EQUIPMENT WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING -

 

1. GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS:

    Official written Order (signed) and delivered to our office before manufacture starts.

2. PRIVATE PERSONS OR COMPANIES:

    Kooline Manufactured Items – Kooline Sales Agreement (Acceptance signed) and any relevant finance    

    documents to be signed, confirmation of same in writing delivered to us from Finance Company, before

     manufacture starts.  (25% deposit on Finance Deals)

    (50% deposit on cash deals) Balance forthcoming Before Delivery of any equipment to site.

3. Retail of other brand equipment  (eg: Skope, Orford, Cookon, Euro Cryor, Williams, Arneg, etc.)

     Terms – same as above  -  Full settlement before delivery of any equipment to site.

4. This is a Cash Contract - unless noted that it is subject to Finance Approval on the Sales Agreement.

 

DELIVERY OR DESPATCHING OF EQUIPMENT –

1.The Purchaser or his agent, will inspect the finished manufactured items at our workshop

    (6 Schmid St., Garbutt)  to be satisfied with the accurate specifications of the equipment.

2. Any insurance required, for the transportation of the equipment from our workshop or elsewhere, will be the

    responsibility of the Purchaser.  Insurance should be organized by the Purchaser before dispatch takes place.

     Delivery to site by Kooline indicates freight allowance only, not insurance.

3. Delivery to site by Kooline indicates freight allowance only, any unloading from truck on site by forklift, or

     any unpacking and installing on site is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

4. Settlement of all accounts must occur in cleared funds to our account before any delivery or dispatch of  

     equipment takes place.

5. If payment is by Company, personal or bank cheque, please allow 7 Days for clearance of funds, before  

     delivery or dispatch takes place.

 

 

FOOD:  KOOLINE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT (FOOD OR OTHER) LOST DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCE THAT IS INVOLVED

WITH THE DELIVERY OF A CABINET, OR ANY CIRCUMSTANCE AFTER A CABINET HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON SITE, DUE TO FAILURE OF ANY TYPE.

WARRANTY -

1.  3 MONTHS WARRANTY FOR LABOUR ON ALL KOOLINE REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT.

2.  12 MONTHS WARRANTY FOR PARTS ON ALL KOOLINE CABINET BODY STRUCTURE.

3.  NO WARRANTY ON ANY SECOND HAND EQUIPMENT OF ANY BRAND NAME.

4.  ON OTHER BRAND NAMES, KOOLINE WILL RELY ON ALL MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES TO THE CUSTOMER.

5.  LABOUR COVERED BY WARRANTY IN TOWNSVILLE AREA ONLY - PARTS ARE EX-TOWNSVILLE.

6.  NO WARRANTY ON ANY GLASS, IN ANY PRODUCT, DURING TRANSPORT TO SITE OR AFTER INSTALLATION.

 

 

DELIVERY OF POSSESSION OF ANY GOODS OR MATERIALS LISTED ON ANY INVOICES BY KOOLINE DISTRIBUTING PTY. LTD. DOES

NOT CONSTITUTE TITLE THEREOF.

OWNERSHIP OF SUCH GOODS OR MATERIALS IS AT ALL TIMES RETAINED BY KOOLINE DISTRIBUTING PTY. LTD. UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE FOR THE GOODS AND MATERIALS AND FOR ALL OTHER GOODS AND MATERIALS SUPPLIED BY KOOLINE DISTRIBUTING PTY. LTD. TO THE CUSTOMER.

IF SUCH GOODS OR MATERIALS ARE SOLD BY THE CUSTOMER PRIOR TO PAYMENT THEREOF, AND IF THEY SHALL BECOME CONSTITUENTS OF OTHER GOODS THEN THE PROCEEDS OF SALE THEREOF SHALL BE THE PROPERTY OF KOOLINE DISTRIBUTING PTY. LTD., FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT IN FULL IN TERMS OF OUR NORMAL TRADING ARRANGEMENTS OR ON DEMAND IN DEFAULT OF THOSE ITEMS, MAY RESULT IN KOOLINE DISTRIBUTING PTY. LTD. RETAKING POSSESSION OF THE GOODS AND/OR MATERIALS.
