 It is with much pleasure that Kooline Distributing Pty. Ltd. agrees to supply the Commercial Equipment listed below, in accordance with any drawings or specifications attached, at the agreed price.

1. This Sales Agreement is valid for 14 Days. If signed by the purchaser in this period the agreement is binding.
     Kooline Distributing Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to adjust the price if our suppliers increase material costs.
2. Terms for Ordering, Payment & Warranty, are strictly as per Kooline Distributing Pty Ltd - Trading Terms.
3. Cash Sale - 50% deposit with order and final settlement to be made, before dispatch and delivery.
4. Lease / Finance - 25% Deposit with order and all documents must be signed before manufacture starts,
    Final settlement to be made on inspection of the finished manufactured equipment at our workshop,
    Before dispatch and delivery. (This is a Cash Contract - unless noted that it is subject to Finance Approval above)
5. On acceptance of this Sales Agreement no cancellation or variation will be accepted by Kooline Distributing Pty. Ltd. as
    All goods are manufactured to individual specification. PC prices are estimates only and may change accordingly.
6. Insurance for transportation of equipment from our workshop or elsewhere, will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
    Delivery to site by Kooline Distributing Pty Ltd indicates freight allowance only, not insurance.
